• Our Lodge is a place where God’s people can get away for a time to focus on improving their physical health and at the same time participate in a spiritual renewal and refreshment in Christ.

HealthQuarters holds to the concept that the human body was designed by God for many years of disease-free, vibrant health if properly maintained and cared for. We firmly believe that illness and disease is caused by toxicity, stress, an inefficient digestive system, biochemical imbalances, mal-absorption of vital nutrients in the body, etc. We also believe that the human body has been designed by God for self-healing of degenerative conditions, given the right dietary and lifestyle changes. At the same time, we do acknowledge that at times there may be a need for more radical procedures such as drug therapy and surgery in order to get an aggressive disease process under control. However, these decisions lie outside the scope of what HealthQuarters has to offer. We look forward to helping you on your path toward better health.

• Our sessions often fill quickly, so it is to your advantage to register as soon as possible in order to assure your reservation.
• Click here to fill out and submit your application online or Click here to print out your application and scan to email, snail mail or fax it to us at (719) 531-7884 and call us with a $50.00 non-refundable processing fee (per person attending). We accept Mastercard or Visa. 
• The processing fee is not applied to the program fee and is non-transferable.  
• When we receive your completed forms we will call you to do a telephone interview.
• Upon acceptance to the program, we will request a deposit of $1,000 to reserve your room at the lodge.
• Final balance will be collected on the first day of the lodge session.
• Do not schedule your flight until you have talked to a staff member and been accepted to the lodge.

The 8-day HealthQuarters program is as follows:

• Seven days’ intensive detoxification fast and cleansing process

• Organically grown juices, blood cleansers and supplements taken daily to assist the body in the detoxification process and to provide nutritional support

• Enemas (water and/or coffee) three times daily during 7-day fast

• Liver/gall bladder flush once during the program

• Dry brushing daily

• Instructional classes taught by Dave Frahm, ND, providing extensive nutritional information and education

• Two bible classes designed to meet one’s spiritual and emotional needs

• Two therapeutic massages

• Individualized nutritional assessment by Dave Frahm

• Suggested nutritional guidelines that will offer continued detoxification and rebuilding at home

• Meals based upon the 80/20 HealthQuarters Diet

• Raw, Raw, Raw Cookbook

• Banquet

Our program does NOT include:

• Nursing care - We are an education and self-help resource center, not a medical facility. HealthQuarters Lodge is not for everyone. If you are incapable of a self-administered program, we suggest you research other facilities that would better meet your needs.

• Drugs and Medications - We do not practice medicine, prescribe drugs, or treat disease. We do not label symptoms or illnesses.

• Medical concerns - All guests of HealthQuarters Lodge must be fully mobile, able to move about without the use of a cane or wheelchair, and climb stairs without difficulty.
