We have many services to offer you and have enclosed a general description of all of those services. If you would like more information on a specific service please contact us for more details.

The mission of HealthQuarters is to help facilitate both physical and spiritual health in the lives of God’s people, enabling them to more effectively serve Him in His world. We focus on building better health by presenting nutritional choices and the principles of nutrition through "body detoxification" and the rebuilding of the immune system. We are an educational facility, therefore we do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe drugs. We believe the more informed you make yourself, the better equipped you will be to use the natural resources God has provided.

HealthQuarters holds to the concept that the human body was designed by God for many years of disease-free, vibrant health if properly maintained and cared for. We firmly believe that illness and disease are caused by toxicity, stress, an inefficient digestive system, biochemical imbalances, mal-absorption of vital nutrients in the body, etc. We also believe that the human body has been designed by God for self-healing of degenerative conditions, given the right dietary and lifestyle changes. At the same time, we do acknowledge that at times there may be a need for more radical procedures such as drug therapy and surgery in order to get an aggressive disease process under control. However, these decisions lie outside the scope of what HealthQuarters has to offer.

HealthQuarters' Services:

Lodge Program ( We apologize, we will not be offering the lodge program at this time. Please ask about our home program.)
HealthQuarters Lodge is a place where people can get away and begin to put into practice certain diet and lifestyle changes that will assist them in maintaining or rebuilding physical health. While at the lodge they will have time to participate in prayer and devotional times aimed at spiritual renewal. 

Personalized Nutritional Assessment
Dr. David Frahm does individual nutritional assessments via muscle response testing (kinesiology). This includes a personalized plan designed to minister to whatever nutritional weaknesses are observed through the use of supplements, as well as practical steps toward improving your health.  This service is offered on a fee basis.

Counseling    
Dr. Trisha Anderson does phone counseling for clients who are not local the Colorado Springs area. Phone counseling will be offered on a fee basis. 

Balancing Body Chemistry
Dr. Trisha Anderson does individual nutritional assessments via the Balancing Body Chemistry Health Assessment Survey.  This assessment evaluates symptoms to identify food and supplemental factors that are imbalanced in the diet.  This service is offered for free and is included in the phone consultation to discuss the outcome and to design a personalized plan through the use of supplements, as well as practical steps towards improving your health.

Newsletter
Enjoy Dave’s health tips from "Dave’s Heart", Trisha’s new section regarding essentials for a healthy life, feedback from lodge alumni, success stories, and many other articles on various health issues. Each issue will be mailed out monthly FREE of charge. We send out our newsletter via regular mail (US and military addresses only) and via email. To help with expenses of the newsletter, donations are needed and greatly appreciated! (All donations are tax deductible.)

Hair Analysis
Hair Analysis is a test that measures the mineral and toxic metals content of your hair, which reflects the mineral and toxic metals content of your tissues.  If a mineral deficiency or excess exists in the hair, it may indicate a mineral deficiency or excess within the body.  The Hair Analysis is offered on a fee basis.  Call our office at (719) 593-8694 to have a kit sent to you today.

Blood Analysis
Our Blood Analysis involves a computerized matching between the data on your most recent blood test and its nutritional implications.  The Blood Analysis is offered on a fee basis. You may fax your contact information along with your recent blood test results to:  (719) 531-7884.  Once the results are received in our office, a staff member will contact you to set up a phone counseling call with our Naturopathic Doctor, Trisha Anderson. 

Supplements & Equipment
HealthQuarters offers a variety of products by reputable manufacturers. We also research each supplement to ensure the ingredients are of the highest quality. Along with supplements, HealthQuarters provides equipment, such as air purifiers and juicers to assist you in your movement towards better health. Purchases of supplements and equipment help to support our Ministry.

Publications
HealthQuarters carries an array of books covering many issues from illness, prevention, and maintenance. Dr. Frahm has written six books regarding health, nutrition, and muscle testing which are also available in our office bookstore. Other publications include reference books, cookbooks, educational material, books focusing on specific health issues, children’s health, specific treatments or therapies, and many more topics.
